Default How to transfer .ie domain

I'm selling one of my websites and need a little guidance.

How do you transfer ownership of a .ie domain?

    Thanks

IEDR should get some SEO expert. I couldn't find using Google either so just went directly to their website.

The sad thing is I had already looked on the IEDR website but I didn't connect the sub-title of "change domain holder" with transferring ownership.

It's pretty easy to do IF the new holder qualifies for the domain.
