I'm selling off a few domains due to time constraints and because Im planning on heading off travelling.

This is the first place I have listed this domain for sale and as it is an Irish/Dublin niche domain I've decided to list it here exclusively to begin with.

It currently averages around 2k visitors per month.
Its ranking well for a number of search terms including: escorts dublin, female escorts dublin etc...

It currently has a Joomla based website on it which was originally built as a place where independent escorts in Dublin could advertise their services via a profile page.

The site has generated around €500 in revenue but I haven't actively pushed it very hard.

The current listings on the site are currently free trials from real escorts based in Dublin.

The site has huge potential with advertising revenue potential exceeding €100/month per profile with 100's of escorts working in Dublin.

The website itself is included if the purchaser is interested in keeping it.

To run the site as a business I believe would be a full-time operation which I cant commit to hence the sale.

I would advise the website be expanded with a forum and functionality whereby punters can review escorts listed on the site.
This functionality currently does not come with the site.
A good sales person with knowledge of the escort business would be needed as well to build the website up.

The site is currently registered with godaddy.

The site is PR6 which is valuable in itself.
