| Hello, A little website I run is going through some changes. I want to send a nice once-off e-mail to the 500 people who have registered at the site. What is the easiest way to do this? Also, how do I avoid being seen as junk e-mail? It'll be a text e-mail with one or two URLs in it. Thank you. Edit: the e-mail addresses are in a MySQL database, but I can extract them to another program if necessary. |

| I'd use either phplist or one of the other email list software solutions: Email Marketing Software / Services To avoid being seen as spam see: Sending bulk email without spamming

| I've had nothing but good experiences with Send HTML Email Newsletters with MailChimp They have a nice selection of HTML templates, or you can import your own completed HTML email. Naturally you can just do text too. Only $15 for 500 emails. |

| It handles HTML email just fine.
