Hi guys,
I'm looking for suggestions for a newsletter client for a mass email campaign. The required features include:

• ability to analysis click-thrus on links
• sending of HTML emails
• computability testing with Outlook/TBird/Gmail/Yahoo/MSN/Hotmaol...
• WYSWYG editor
• either web based or desktop based (windows/mac)
• decent stats package
• affordable

Campaign Monitor and Group Mail would seem to be at the forefront but I haven't taken a proper look at either. Are there any other recommendations?

I presume you use GM so?

What URL does the unsubscribe link in the email footer go to? I have tested Campaign Monitor and a problem I have is that the unsubscribe link goes to a website such as newsletter.clickmail4.info/unsubscribe53532.php. I would prefer to host the unsubscribe functionality on my own domain rather than on the email server server/domain..

Besides from that, Campaign Monitor looks excellent.

Groupmail has a number of options for controlling unsubscribes. I'd recommend giving them a call if you have any queries - they're based in Sligo!

Oh, I am looking for this too. thanks for the information.

Mailchimp.com is nice, comes with some of the features I take for granted when using a corporate CRM application.

Especially the list management for abuse and unsubs.

I wouldn't have thought Group Mail would be at the forefront at all, Constant Contact and iContact are other options.
