Not sure Michele who it works.

But it tracks Open Stats, Link Stats, Bounce Stats, unsubsribe and forward stats.

It is even able to tell you who and what date/time they opened the email and whether they clicked back to your site from a link on the newsletter etc.

Pretty nifty
