Our client is an independent software developer, producing best-of-breed customer care applications. Due to expansion, they are now looking to recruit a Senior C# Software Developer to join their development team.

For this role, our client is looking for a technical expert with experience of developing quality business applications using C#, to further their career within a leading company.

As a Senior C# Software Developer, you will be responsible for developing quality applications within a fast-paced environment.

Your duties will include:

- Developing high-quality tools and applications to meet customer requirements – Maintaining existing applications, implementing new features and fixing bugs – Collaborating with other team members in design and code reviews – Meeting with customers to gather requirements, ideas and resolve problems

To be considered for the role of Senior C# Software Developer, you must have:

- Experience of developing quality business applications in C# – A BSc or MSC (or equivalent) in computer science or similar

Additionally, you will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and an eye for high-quality detail.

Our client also has a preference for candidates with experience of using open-source .Net development libraries, such as NHibernate, Castle Project or Rhino Tools. Experience of web-based user interfaces using HTML, CSS or JQuery would be advantageous to your application, as would knowledge of modern MVC Frameworks (such as Rails, Monorail, Django or ASP.Net). Experience of using SQL and relation database technologies would also be beneficial.
