Our client is a leading pharmaceutical laboratory supplier. They are currently looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer / Maintenance Engineer to join their team.

This is the ideal role for a field based service/maintenance engineer looking to develop their career with a leading company.

As a Field Service Engineer / Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting as well as IQ/OQ activities across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Specifically, you will be visiting client sites and carrying out servicing, maintenance and installation duties on a range of pharmaceutical and laboratory equipment.

You will be required to liaise with customers over the phone and via email and troubleshoot bioanalytical equipment. You will also be dealing with laboratory equipment and repairing instruments.

To be considered for the role of Field Service Engineer / Maintenance Engineer, you must have:

- Experience in a similar field based service engineering role gained within a laboratory environment or the pharmaceutical sector – Experience or exposure to a GLP (Good laboratory practice) environment – A full, clean driving licence

Although not essential, a diploma or degree in electrical or electronics engineering would be a distinct advantage to your application.
