Are you a French speaker with experience in a customer service environment? Looking to work alongside one of the world’s biggest gaming brands, Electronic Arts?
Our client is one of Europe’s largest leading independent providers of outsourced multilingual, multi-channel customer contact solutions. Working on behalf of their client, Electronic Arts, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Gaming Customer Support / Technical Support Agent to join their team.
As a Gaming Customer Support / Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible for supporting EA’s customers with billing enquiries, and reporting any technical issues or problems in social online gaming.
This role requires your high level of technical knowledge and focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience via the telephone and email in a timely and efficient manner.
Your duties will include:
- Providing excellent customer service and technical support to skilled gamers – Providing a positive customer experience through efficient, friendly and high quality responses – Completing translations from English to German for standard texts and templates – Assisting with knowledgeable maintenance, FAQ review and pre-formatted responses – Maintaining a good working knowledge of EA products and services and PC technical support
To be considered for the role of Gaming Customer Support / Technical Support Agent, you must have:
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English – Experience in a customer service driven environment – A keen interest and passion for computer gaming – A high level of PC literacy, including familiarity with PC hardware, PC gaming and electronics
You will have excellent communication skills and demonstrate resilience. The ability to work on your own initiative is also key.
Experience in a similar customer service environment providing technical support would be a distinct advantage to your application.
