c£30,000 (Realistic OTE £60,000 – £70,000) Plus 20 Days’ Holiday + Stats

Our client specialises in the supply of key personnel across the aviation, motorsport and engineering sectors on a global scale. Having established a reputation for meeting ever-changing demands with an efficient, professional but personal service, they have cemented their position as a preferred supplier within some of the most globally competitive markets. An opportunity has now arisen for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technical recruitment professional or a senior manager with an engineering background to head up a brand new and exciting division. The successful candidate will be involved in decision making from the outset.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for leading a new engineering recruitment division for our client, specialising in recruiting for the energy sector throughout Europe.

Provided with full support in research and target marketing, your department will handle both permanent and temporary positions. A significant investment will be made in developing this new division.

Our client anticipates this sector will experience growth and as such, you will be responsible for further internal recruitment within the division.

To be considered for this position, you must have an excellent understanding of the engineering industry coupled with one of the following:

- extensive engineering/technical recruitment experience, or – a proven track record as a senior manager within the engineering sector and business development experience

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you must be highly motivated with strong negotiation skills. You should be a hard-hitting professional, take pride in your reputation and be inspired by the challenges this position offers.

Although not essential, a degree or the ability to speak a language in addition to English, ideally German, would be advantageous. Previous experience of recruiting within the energy or environmental sector would also be beneficial to your application.
