An opportunity has arisen for a Telesales Executive / Telesales Representative to join our client, one of the largest Irish dealers in the stationery industry.

This position offers an ambitious telesales professional the opportunity to work with like minded people in a stimulating and fast-moving environment where challenge and reward go hand-in-hand.

As a Telesales Executive / Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for calling predetermined leads to proactively sell our client’s office supplies. You will also be expected to update the database with customer information.

Representing the company in a professional and courteous manner, you will be possess an engaging conversational manner and be hungry to succeed – requiring your excellent verbal communication skills.

Your other duties will include:

- meeting the agreed level of contact with existing accounts – identifying sales opportunities and effectively presenting key features and benefits of our client’s products – constantly seeking out new revenue

To be considered for this position, you must have telesales experience, including an excellent knowledge of the sales process.

As a Telesales Executive / Telesales Representative, you will have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages. An outstanding telephone manner and good customer service skills are also key.

Whilst not essential, experience of working within a similar sector, such as office supplies, stationery or logistics, would be a distinct advantage to your application.
