Our client is a leading supplier of scientific systems, instruments and consumables from internationally known companies, offering solutions to scientists and technologists in the chemical and life sciences areas. A highly motivated Technical Sales Executive is required to join and complement their existing sales team.

As a Technical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling a range of products to research and third level institutions, industry and hospitals. These products include a range of scientific instruments, reagents and consumables in cell and molecular biology and related fields.

You will also provide support to the sales team in this product area.

To be considered for the role of Technical Sales Executive, you will have a degree or higher in Biological, Medical or Chemical Sciences, and practical laboratory experience.

Additionally, you will be a self-motivated and highly organised communicator who enjoys a challenge. The ability to use your scientific background to achieve business goals is also key.

While previous sales experience is desired, the position may suit a practicing Scientist who wishes to pursue a career in technical sales, where drive, organisational ability and entrepreneurial spirit are the hallmark of success.
