The Role:
• An experienced IT Recruiter who will be capable of generating business, meeting and presenting with your clients, and locating and resourcing the best candidates for the roles you are working on
• This is an opportunity for the right person to manage and grow business with full autonomy
• Involvement in all aspects of the recruitment cycle from start to finish
• Meeting with Clients and Candidates on a weekly basis.
• A thriving environment with open communication encouraging ideas and change

The Requirements:
• 1+ Years previous IT recruitment/sales experience in a fast paced, target driven environment
• Ability to recruit for all IT roles (Development, PMO, Support etc)
• Excellent client facing and relationship building skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent business development skills
• Solid business acumen with billing consistency
• Results driven
• Ambitious
• Determined to succeed
• Must be commercially aware
