An opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join our client, a leading supplier of plastic components to the medical, automotive and ICT industries.

This is the ideal role for a project manager from a manufacturing or engineering background looking to develop their career with a company providing training and career progression opportunities.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for looking after customers’ projects from conception to completion whilst meeting tight deadlines.

This will involve managing and developing project introductions, liaising with customers and managing the implementation of new projects with the production departments. You will also complete all necessary documentation.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- project management experience gained within a manufacturing and/or engineering environment (or similar) – experience gained within an injection moulding environment – excellent client facing skills – experience of managing projects from conception to completion – an engineering degree (or another relevant discipline) – an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Whilst not essential, the ideal Project Manager will have knowledge of cleanroom processes. Project management experience gained within an injection moulding environment would also be beneficial.
