Full time web designer / developer required for a new creative online Agency. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a new agency where creativity and innovation is encouraged. We are currently recruiting for a lead designer/developer to head up our new online b2b web design service www.cheapwebdesignireland.ie. This new b2b platform will differ from all other services currently available in the Irish web design industry but exacts details of how cannot be revealed right now for obvious reasons. Our aim with iAgents is to offer innovative services both for business clients and online users of web applications and services. This is the first of our services to be launched and will require a creative thinker to operate, manage and grow. You will be working with coders for converting to html so your main duty will be in visual creation and layout. You must however have a solid understanding of onsite & offsite seo, sem, blogging and social media for online growth. More information will be disclosed to the successful candidate.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a new dynamic online marketing company, specialising in b2b services, web design & development, brand identity, seo, sem, affiliate marketing, ecommerce, lead generation and new business development. As the main web designer, you will be working primarily on the design and development of our b2b web design platform whilst working closely with our new business development team. We currently have a number of national and international projects in r&d in the following industries Social Media, Networking, Group Buying, Ecommerce, Travel, Telecoms, Insurance & Affiliate Marketing which will require your creative involvement.

The position available will suit a candidate looking for creative freedom within a challenging and rewarding online agency. You must have the clear ability to bring a web project from idea to a user friendly operational site. Our aim with iAgents is to build a team of web entrepreneurs who can easily adapt to new and challenging technologies and systems. We believe the projects currently in R&D within our organisation have the potential to transform our agency into a recognised international brand provided we get the right candidates involved with our company.

Skills Required

XHTML, Graphic Design, JavaScript, FBML, Dreamweaver, Web 2.0 and Flash.

Knowledge of the following an advantage

ASP.NET, JavaScript, AJAX, SQL, Drupal, Joomla, Flash, SEO, SEM and Social Media.

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who has the potential to handle a management position whilst working creatively on new and challenging projects.

We are a new online agency so this role will be offered through the www.beginagain.ie programme. We appreciate that this will not suit all candidates in the market place right now but for those looking new and challenging career opportunities this may be the role you were looking for. We will only take on a candidate who we feel has the potential and desire to lead this design position on a full time and permanent basis. This is not a temporary role.
