==Job Purpose==

Office based sales position responsible for selling Blacknight company products and services over the phone. Development of sales opportunities by analysing the needs and meeting the requirements of customers. Close the sale while offering our customer's an exemplary customer experience. Conduct yourself in a professional manner.

==Essential Duties & Responsibilities==

Sell Blacknight products & services by responding to both outbound and inbound activities to overcome customer objections.

Ensure all sales and business objectives are met.

Strive to educate yourself on all Blacknight's product portfolio to give you the knowledge to qualify each sales call to ensure we are offering the 'full solution'.

Qualify sales opportunities by understanding our customer needs, budgets, timescales, decision maker etc.

Ability to identify and maximise opportunities to cross sell where appropriate.

Ability to handle objectives effectively and professionally.

Excellent organisation and time management skills a must.

To empower yourself to make decisions and improve standards.

Meet call standard levels and key performance indicators.

Pipeline management.

Maintain awareness and keep up to date on competitors products and pricing.

Utilize all relevant administrative tools and processes that support the sales environment.

Project an enthusiastic and passionate approach to all dealings with Blacknight customers.

==Experience==
Sales experience in telephone based sales not required but would be an advantage IT sales experience would be distinct advantage Internet Software/Hardware knowledge an advantage


==Education/Training/Specialist Knowledge==

Computer literate Good PC skills required Professional telephone manner Knowledge of Internet hosting and domains an advantage.
