 Web Developer / PHP Programmer Job Description: ============ A. Qualification: IT-related degree desirable - at least 2 years programming experience essential B. Requirements: 1) 2yrs programming experience to include at least 1 yr PHP/MySQL development 2) Advantageous: Actionscript, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, Python 3) Advantageous: CMSs (e.g. Joomla/Drupal) / VLEs (e.g. Moodle/Fronter) C. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Development and maintenance of a PHP/MySQL application You will work on a wide variety of engaging projects, CMSs and eLearning infrastructures. You will be expected to learn a wide variety of new tools and skills and expand your skill-set particularly in PHP and Actionscript. D. Salary: 30-32k commensurate with experience plus quarterly bonus, flexible work hours, some work from home, training & support. E. Any application should be accompanied by samples of code, contributions, & projects that demonstrate show your code and role in various projects.
