Default JSP programmer needed

Hi guys,
Firstly let me apoligise for my lack of technical knowledge so please be kind
The story is I had a web company design my e commerce site, which is running over 18 months now. We currently use realex as a payment option on our site. We now want to add a new payment option which links in with An Post - goandpay.ie. Our web developers are quoting us a mental price for implementing it into our system. I have had another web developer look at the site, and because it is written in jsp, which isn't one of his languages he can't do it. So the moral of the story is I'm looking for a capable jsp programmer to get in touch. Any advise appreciated.

You may also want to look at highlighting 3V VISA Vouchers as a payment method in that it requires no integration work or web development on the payment path/shopping basket, the user simply selects VISA when paying and its more readily availble than goandpay in Ireland (1000 payzone stores in Ireland). Funds transfer may also be quicker to the merchant (24-48 hrs) and the acquiring cost is same as a direct debit. Not sure what the goandpay cost is. 3V is already being used by several hundred k Irish people.
