Thread: Web designer - Part Time - for 3D company

Part time web designer / collaberation with freelancer or small talented web company

We are a small 3D Animation / Visualization / Design company based in Rathmines. Our web guru Paulo is heading home to Brazil and we are looking for a new guru to work with us. (Paulo will be busy setting up our office in Rio de Janeiro)

10% of our work is web related and we are looking for a part time web designer - to work half days each morning or afternoon, or two days a week. Ideally suit someone with web design experience setting up their own business or someone who wants regular part time work - they can work here in the morning for agreed wages and potentially they can use our office as a base if they wish to run their own company for the rest of the day with full use broadband, meeting room, PC, phone, fax, etc. We are fairly flexible.

We have around 20 clients whos sites require updates every now and again and every month we have a new site to design.

Our sites are mainly hybrid and we work with

Dreamweaver, CSS, Flash, Slideshowpro, Expression Engine.

We have our own servers which we manage ourselves - experience in setting up server space, email address etc would be good.

We build sites that are SEO friendly, general knowledge of this would be a good.

We just started using PHP and some basic knowledge in databases etc would be an advantage.

Is experience with 3d apps necessary ?

Maya / 3D studio max ?

Experience in 3D not required...
but if someone had experience in 3D it would be an advantage.
