Graphic Designer and PHP developer Required for expanding Marketing Business on a per project basis. We are looking for a talented web designer able to work in an organised way to deadlines and budgets.


Candidates should be able to produce a portfolio of work.

Job Spec:

Key responsibilities include:

Design and develop new website layouts
Updating sites
Creation of banner ads and emails
Liaise closely with clients
Design Print Media based on client briefs

Essential Technical Skills:

Photoshop
Illustrator
Php
Understanding of visual design concepts
Knowledge of usability
Communication skills - written and verbal
Ability to work methodically and to deadlines and project plans
Understanding of Usability and accessibility
Basic understanding of SEO
Experience with Joomla would be an advantage

As jason roe said when I met him .. you don't really find 1 person who is good at both. You tend to find one or the other.

No I agree, I'd consider myself an average designer, an average developer and a better than average SEO. I'm trying to change my service level offering by having a good designer, good developer and I can focus on SEO and expanding the business further. At the moment we have more print media clients than web, so I want to exploit this client base and grow our web clients
