Default Site / Server issues

As I've moved several other sites over to this server Apache was getting slightly busy, which is why it kept falling over ...
I've tweaked the settings (it was using the default ones) so it should be ok now

As some of you are aware the server has fallen over a couple of times in the last 48 hours. I'm not 100% sure why, but Apache keeps segfaulting, without being particularly verbose about it.

I've made a few changes and a couple of us are looking into it (thanks to Niall)
