I like those things! - but i wish they were more useful.

Everything after "You haven't visited us since 05:05 PM, 13-08-2007 - we miss you! ===Advert=========================...... " is useless. It's all the same threads every time.

It would be better if it displayed a quick list of the New & interesting threads, as opposed to the "all time popular" ones. Just have one list with a dozen or so interesting threads that will remind me to lurk here.

"interesting" is very subjective and the mailer is automated

Once again I'm oblivious to them ... I see them ... and think I've not logged in for a few days ... so it does work .. I just don't actually read anything in them ...

Even having the "Top 5 Stats" in that email would be nice.

So therefore you'd turn it off ... ?? ... its only spam if its unwanted and as your option is set to receive it ...

I couldnt turn it off for fear i'd miss something important
