Rss Feeds to site

I'm just finishing a website and want to know its ok to link an RSS feed to this site, just about 10 articles per page, I didn't read the agreement terms when I joined this site(who does) so I'm asking now before you find the website, all the feed s just link back to here so good for here too.

I used have a Quick Link to the Forum here on one of my blogs. However, I've been reading about "NoFollow", direct linking and how to lose authority on one's site, so I took a few of the live links away. I have next to no idea about how to proceed with linking in a courteous way to other sites and blogs. I'm always very appreciative when a blogger puts a link on their site to my work, as it gives a sense of camaraderie. Has anybody got a plan of campaign on this subject?
