remove advertisements

Small thing really but Eh... the little link under the ads that says "remove advertisements"... well... it doesn't work.

It just tells me that I'm already registered.

The site hosted / bandwidth / domain (and I'd say it does get a bit of traffic)

Therefore while its not ideal to have the adverts I can live with them.
You could also install an ad removal tool for firefox if you wanted

nah - ya see I don't mind the ads at all. In fact, whatever is needed to keep this resource around is welcomed.

However, I was just pointing out that the remove advertisments link didn't work.

And then when someone said they were gone I saw that some indeed were gone but other links were still there.

Blacknight pointed out the ones that were still there and I removed them accordingly

and yep ... next time give me a link to the page ..

(I believe it was the adverts embedded in the sub forums) that were still showing the remove link. As I'd only removed header / footer ones.
