Minor Changes - Job Posts - Dealing With Spammers

Just a couple of minor changes

Job posts are being pulled in automatically from a couple of sites. Up until yesterday they were all being posted as me, so I've changed that They're now appearing from "job-bot"

To deal with the amount of spammy junk being posted on here the registration settings have been changed. If someone is from outside Ireland / UK they will not be registered automatically - I've also put in some other spam checks so a lot of the spammy IPs etc., are simply being blocked. Hopefully this will lead to a reduction in 1 line rubbish posts
