Default Minor forum changes / additions / enhancements
I'm making a few changes to the forum this weekend, so there maybe some "oddness" while I mess about with templates etc.

I've installed a couple of extra modifications including a review / article system.

I haven't worked out how to use it properly yet, so it's only enable on the site review forum at the moment:
