| 1 - Not sure what you mean 2 - PhpAdsNew - now called OpenAds. There's a vbulletin plugin to handle the integration. if you combine that with some of the other ones for display like the ones I use you'l get the effect you're looking for 3 - You can do it on a per forum basis. I presume you mean you want to know every time there is a new post? Or do you want to moderate?
