Is there any easy way to set up a 301 redirect on vBulletin to ensure that the domain.com - Get online with a domain name and web hosting is the authoritative URL?

Within VB you should set your homepage to be domain.com rather that www dot domain.com too. It's in the VB Options within the admin page somewhere.
