 When to start a forum When would you think a site is ready to add a forum (unique visitor wise) ? I don't want to fall into the trap of having an empty forum making the site look bad... at the moment I am on 500-1000 uniques a day (all traffic is very targeted though)...         |

| I don't think traffic should be the only deciding factor. Does the site lend itself to discussion?
