I was just browsing around and ran a search for IT companies for sale on thebusinessshop.ie

Seems to be a few Web Sites for sale including

• a property portal for 250,000
• health/fashion web site for 10,000
• property site for 80,000
• web design company - no price listed.

I didn't think there would be a huge market in Ireland for people buying web sites but there are certainly a few for sale.

You'd want to make very sure that you're buying a business, and not just buying a website...

There's so much more that goes into setting up and running a business besides just the site. There are lots of successful businesses running from OS projects nowadays anyway.
