 Development Methodologies: SSADM, DSDM or other? Hi all, I am working on an assignment regarding development methodologies. I was wondering out of interest: 1. how many practitioners here use a dev methodology for web development? 2. does anyone actually use SSADM? 3. if you use something else, what is it? | We do. Use the typical waterfall lifecycle on large projects i.e. multi-year, large teams, large deliverables, large cost, requirements well known and relatively stable. On our front-end deliveries we go for the Agile methodology, sometime XP, best used for smaller projects and really good when hard to tie down requirements |
