They did not comment on their earlier statements about putting non-premium content providers on their slower "bus lanes".
Here's a video and info on what Virgin media are starting to do. Interesting read and quite alarming if this was to spread.

That is scary. I think that as broadband has become a regular commodity, the competition continues to force prices down and speeds up (maybe not so much in Ireland!). It's inevitable that the players will try to generate revenue in other ways.
