Default Adsense served through php includes?
I just switched my AdSense to be served through php includes and have noticed that the ads seem to be based on the header info of each page and not the content info. Does this make sense, or am I just being paranoid?

Does it make a difference if you have the code in an external php/javascript file or not?

It shouldn't, PHP includes would be transparent to the AdSense spider.
As for javascript include, is it on the same domain ?

I haven't actually got any set-up through Javascript, but I just thought I'd ask at the same time to see if there was any difference between the two. I reckon I'll stick to php anyway. Thanks!

It should work fine. We're using includes on Irish ISP speed test - check your broadband provider's speed for the adsense on the main site
