 checking adsense keywords We have a hunch that a competitor is targeting our trademarked name as a adsense keyword... if we do a google search for it, up comes his ads Is there a tool to check this?         |

| you can not see what keywords he's targeting, but if you do a search in google for a certain keyword and his ad comes up then YES he has it in the list. Now you can contact Google about it and it might be sorted out but you must have a good reason and your name must be an active trademark.

| Try using spyfu.com If they are bidding on the keyword, there is nothing much you can do. You can only prevent them from using the keyword in their ad. Also, Google take TM terms on a country by country basis..... |

| You can submit a trademark complaint to Google and they will act on it - though it may take them a while The trademark can be either registered or common law

| looks like they won't in this case - its a canadian trademark and the site says "We do not investigate for keyword use in the US and Canada." |
