If I run a single Google Adsense account on two separate domains is there any way to track which click thrus have come from which particular site?
Is it also possible to find out which pages or which specific ad was clicked?

The channels can help you track the domain and the ad if you create enough of them.
If you have a look around here I think someone posted something on using Google Analytics to track adsense clicks
That's right Blacknight, I seem to remember looking at a post regarding Google analytics and a free piece of tracking software for Google Adsense. I had a quick glance at the software but it was written in PHP and all my coding is done with ASP/ASP.NET on a windows box.
I have not tried it, but you might want to take a look at this:

There is a much more efficient way of doing it, but I was researching before the break, so Ill get back on that.
