Matt Cutts announced before that if your pagerank is > 7, it will be reindexed in < 2 days. If it's a page rank 5-7, it will be reindexed within 3-5 days, and pagerank 3-5, within 1.5 weeks. Any less than that is extremely varied.

Hope that helps other people.
