Hi. I understand what your getting at and its a valid point alright. Do you think Google penalises sites that have same design template/footprint even though the content is still unique an different. Surely if all sites link to same utility pages it will show that its not a spam network.
I think having a website dedicated to each country is a valid strategy for our users...ie. no distractions of other country content. Just not sure of the best way to structure the sites.
Ideas welcome!
