Thread: Best Basic Graphics Editor For Mac?

What would people recommend as a basic graphics editor for a Mac?

I don't use a mac myself but here's two that I've used the PC version of. They're not necessarily the most basic, but it seems like every program has tons of functions now.

Gimp is the Open Source Photoshop - GIMP - The GNU Image Manipulation Program

Photoshop Elements - if you picked up an earlier version, its a bit more basic.

I've not used Gimp in a while ... there is also the GimpShop port of it which gives a more photoshop interface to it ...

but again for basic photo manipulation its overkill in my opinion
