Question recomend IP to Alpha2 and dialing code database
As it says i'm looking for a database (mysql) of countries names their alpha2 code (i.e. ie, gb, us) their dialling code (353, 44, 1 ) and if possible their ip range but I already have an ip range to alpha2 and country name database so its not that necessary all i would really is to add the dialling code to this.

any sugestions anyone

ps not PHPLocation please cos its horrible to work with cos its zend compressed.

This is the official one:
ISO - International Organization for Standardization

It doesn't include the dialcodes though. The IP ranges are somewhat more complex because of the subnets. There are some sites that do it (I've been working since 0230 on spreadsheets so I can't remember them due to a lack of lucidity ). I have my own software here for compiling IP ranges/Country tables though.

I don't know about a combined database, but MaxMind - IP Geolocation and Online Fraud Prevention has a regularly updated IP > Country one which we use for credit card fraud checking amongst other things
