    Default Dedicated Server Support

    On a dedicated server where you pay a licence fee for control panel software what should the 24/7 support cover.

    Does the hosting companies support stop at connectivity or of lets say you can not send a mail should they ogger support on this?

    It depends on the hosting provider and the agreement you have with them.
    The license fee for a control panel, for example, is just that - a license fee. Similar to paying the provider a fee for a Microsoft Windows license

    what level of support do you offer with your dedicated servers

    By default, support should cover hardware issues, network and connectivity and the 'normal' operation of the OS. Normally specifics of software running on the box itself are not covered unless you have an SLA (Service Level Agreement) that says otherwise. It all boils down to what you pay for, how critical the support level is...
