Hey folks - anyone know what's up with Hosting365? Dead as a dodo for the last 10 minutes...

for the second time they have "a power issue on a core rack"

Phones and everything is dead so can't even bitch at them

Really bad form those guys need to sort out their power issues.

Has anyone else been bothered by their blase attitude towards taking money off their customers credit cards? (i.e. unannounced and random amounts?)

I wish I wasn't in a contract with them.

Yep. And they posted on boards.ie before they contacted their customers. And then they had the cheek to tell me my website was only offline for an hour or so (when it was in fact offline for most of the day.)

What does there SLA state about refunds? How much will everyone be entitled to I wonder?
