That's not true. A lot of them explicitly forbid it. Their smaller resellers may not, but the actual hosts themselves do

The problem in Ireland is that the legislation is a grey area.

Of course a lot of the Irish hosts aren't even signed up for self-regulation, so if the minister does take action at some point there could be headaches

I thought legislation in Ireland regarding "obscene" material was based on specific titles, e.g. "Random Dirty Porn Movie Title" rather than some kind of broad "anything with a penis" law?
