Default Aaaaaaaaargh! Hosting365 MySQL server down

Does anyone else have a MySQL database on a shared MySQL server with Hosting365 that's currently down? Aaaaaaaaargh!

I have. Their support lines are down after 5.30pm every day so I've sent an email to their 24 hour support... so I probably won't hear from them for 24 hours

It should be quicker than 24 hours, as far as I know their office in Poland answers queries during the night.

Well it's back working now but not a peep from them. No explanation, nothing.

Everything's kosher now. Although something tells me I may have sent my support ticket to a non-existant email address - does support at rack365 dot net not exist?
