There are many hosting companies that have a presence here. Hosting365, Letshost, blacknight, etc. I'll let them explain their offerings but a quick internet search will tell you everything I suppose.

Contact the hosts support / sales teams (right now even) and ask them a few questions about the service, and about drupal support.

There is little to choose from most Irish hosts, but ensure you are getting good 24/7 support as well as a good price.
