Yes I saw your post over on boards d-tour. I tried phoning them three times this morning but the phone just kept ringing after choosing my department.

Maybe try their online chat support? I got my problem sorted in a few minutes.

Best of luck with it!

Maybe give them a bash in the morning, they might be able to sort it out. Although I'd say your steaming by now. I know how annoying it can be when you don't get instant help with a host.

Don’t get me started, my last support ticket was a doosey!
All the contact scripts (auto email - using sendmail) on 6 of my sites stopped working.
I logged the ticket and gave as much information including the fact that some of these had been working for the last 12 months without error.
He wrote back to me saying that all their servers were fine and that "they did not debug code " Winky smily face included I **** you not!
What really pissed me off was he closed the ticket???????????
I immediatly wrote back to him (im getting cross at this stage) that I am a proficcient scripter and I was not asking for coding help but to tell him his server ahs gone wonky. I reopened the ticket and told him to relook at my description of the initial ticket.
He wrote back and said he "tried the scripts on 2 of my sites" and that the pages said message sent. He couldn’t see a problem and ("AGAIN") closed my ticket…………………..
I was absolutely fuming now at this stage (maybe 6 hours after I initially logged the incident) and I wrote back to the pleb telling him in no uncertain terms that if he closed this ticket again I would get in my car immediately and drive up to H365 to explain it to him face to face. I suggest he pass this on to someone who understood how the big computer things work……
He "immediately" replied saying he would give the matter top priority and find an engineer o look at it.
15 minutes later they did somethig to the server and myself (and my clients) were inundated with hundreds of emails going back a week and a half.
I have emailed them 3 times since then to find out what caused the queue to become blocked but they have not answered, or replied bar their automated crap.
This only happened 4 weeks ago.
Within the last few weeks I have had nameserver issues, billing issues, profile issues, technical issues and the billing issue I outlined above. But I have another problem only just developed…. I bought a domain for 2 years, but in my panel it only says one month….
They only thing keeping them with me is it will be so difficult to transfer the email accounts.

Default Register365 Shambles

Here is my experience with Register365 since takeover -
web15.hosting365.ie Server down three times over last week.

1. Noticed no response from my websites so i went to Register365 - Ireland's Domain Registry - This showed Server web15.hosting365.ie (Service was Unavailable)

2. I clicked on numerous live Chat feature Links on several Register365 pages and ended up being told that Hosting365 no longer supported Shared Hosting so please contact Register365 even though the Chat Feature Was located on Register365 website.

3. Contacted Register365 support number. After being on hold for 20mins (Whilst on hold, i sent an email to their support email address which i never received no ticket or reply yet!), i asked the support technician what was up with web15.hosting365.ie. He said he knew of no servers unavailable. I asked him to look at the Register365status.com website. He said after looking at this website "Hmm, I'm not familiar with all the systems here yet. Let me get someone to ring you back after we look at the problem". I swiftly replied "No thanks, i'd prefer to wait". Do they not have a Alert System to tell them a server is unavailable. After waiting another ten minutes, he explained that a technician was now restarting the server as there was indeed something wrong with the server. I asked him did he know what the problem was but he didn't.

4. I said Fair enough. Before i let him off the hook, i then explained to him how i got routed to Hosting365 support even though i clicked on numerous Live Chat Links on the Register365 sites. He said he didn't know and would look into it.

5. I also told him about the email i sent to support@register365.com and send "Hmm, i'll look into that too".

Oh yes, by the way.....
web15.hosting365.ie is again down now for the last hour and hence my rant above.....

1. I have tried the Live chat Feature which states that "
Our Live Chat is now closed, our opening hours are 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.

2.
Support numbers also state "Our offices are now closed, but hey you can always send an email!"

3.
I have sent an email and have got no reply!

SHAMBLES comes to mind...... Hosting365 has really let us down!
