Down for everyone or just me?

Register365 - Ireland's Domain Registry It seems up, just that there is a problem loading the page for me. I can see the source, but it doesn't display on the page.

Network Issues - 11.20am - 23rd June

We are currently experiencing degraded network performance due to a significant inbound DDOS attack. Our engineers are working on this issue and a more detailed update will follow shortly.

Is the DDOS attack, as in denial of service?

Who'd go to the hassle of launching an attack on 365? I'm sure you'd have to have at least 1000 zombie computers to make it worth while.

Im not supprised you get attacked at all given that even just trying to register a domain with you has become virtually imposible. Your forms are not working and your new method of entering a telephone number is that confusing you should hand out diplomas to people who manage it.

You have lost two customers this week from me alone so your doing really good since the take over.

"We host a lot of sites " I wouldnt say thats going to be the case for much longer unless you sort things out prety sharpish..

Thanks for the feedback johned, although everywhere you say 'you' needs to be directed at Namesco Ireland, trading as Register365, we no longer have any control over any systems nor provide any customer support.

I'll be sure to pass on your feedback, or simply call them at 1890 944 500 as none of the ordering systems have changed since handover that I am aware of.

I spoke to customer care yesterday as one of my clients was trying to register a .ie and i find it easier to let them register it and provide the info themselvs.. they told me you now have to enter the phone number in this format +353.1234567 which works but the forms then dont deliver. They then told me they have a few problems and will have them sorted soon.

If i became hard to contact and told one of my customers i have a few problems so they will have to wait i wouldnt expect to see them again.

Sorry then Namesco Ireland are wasting a lot of my time again.. When you where operating it, it was efficient and good but now its a joke..

I have clicked on live support several times today waited for a few minutes and got a message saying we are now closed our office hours are 9 - 6.30. IT IS 9 to 6.30 now.

Sorry again its Namesco Ireland at fault not you. I used to get live support at 3 in the morning sometimes before the takeover and found customer care good..
