| OK, this sounds a bit wacky... but I use a theme in Drupal, integral to my work, called "zen". Eventually this brilliant theme will likely make it into Drupal Core... so thousands of users will be in the same boat as me... Can someone recommend a good host in Ireland... and if you use them, can you tell me if you can have folders named /zen/ ? I guess all you have to do is make a folder on your site called "zen", and pop an index.html in it and then see if it turns to a 404... Thanks for any help. (and... in case you're wondering... the theme developers are not going to change the name of the theme when this only affects a few users who have providers with a buggy set-up- trust me, i asked... oh, and if i change the name "zen" in my theme it causes alot of headaches) i just want hosting that supports zen... it's quirky, it's crazy, but that is my specification. NB: I am looking for a host which is not Register365 or Blacknight. Looking for alternatives to Register365, and already tested Blacknight, it doesn't work. | Just rename the theme directory. Problem solved. |

| heh, well... thanks for the advice. it's just that i have to change the name of the directory, and every occurrence of the reference to the word zen. then - for every site i have, for every upgrade of every site for as long as i use zen... which will be any site i create, maintain or develop on. and if/when this theme gets into Drupal core... it will be for every site i use Drupal for, which is... mostly all of them. i've only signed up with blacknight to test out their hosting, and find out what its like. i really like so many other aspects... it was great they found a work-around for the one instance. but i don't want to go back to them each time i need this done. but since i'm shopping around at this stage, it just seems easier to find a different host... |

| You shouldn't have to change every instance of the word "zen" - the zen builder uses the link /zen, but it can't affect text in a page We have a sitebuilder on our shared linux servers that uses the link "zen", so you only have to change the theme directory name, which should be as simple as renaming it |

| Should, but doesn't. Generates more headaches than it's worth. See note on this page Zen | drupal.org Still looking for a zen friendly host... anyone have any suggestions? |

| A simple perl script could go through all your files and change zen to nez in two shakes of a lambs tail.

You can easily change the directory name - even changing it to upper case will resolve the "issue" |
