Default form problems

I have a problem with my form which i am creating with HTML. i want to make some options on the header section of the form there should be some sub options in the main option but should be displayed in a dropdown menu and from which the user can select the sub options.I am very confused any suggestion please.

You're confused?!?

Are you trying to do 2 dropdowns, the second list of options changes based on the first selection? If so, Dynamic Drive DHTML(dynamic html) & JavaScript code library has a script to do this.
