Talking Link Exchnage ? PR3
I've just seen that today I am ranking 11th (so the 2nd page of google) for the term 'Irish Jobs' so I guess I need some more link love to get me on to the front page. For the past few months it's been way way way down the index and recently it shot up, I guess all my hard work has paid off.

If anyone wants to swap links let me know. PM or post here.

I don't really see the connection between your sites and mine, but something struck me when I visited Eirjobs. Maybe you should translate it into Polish and Romanian. Are the Italian and German translations used much?

It just uses google translate to do the pages and it's not available in Polish or Romanian (yet) but good suggestion. It is certainly something I will keep an eye on .

seriously ? Actually I've gotten on the front page for my main keyword I targeted so I am happy enough. But not complacent. I want to nudge the big guns out of their ranks.
