Indeed, but as yet no interest from Ken or Richard just cynicism.

Gentle probing, not trying to be overly cynical.

I might have the skills you appear to be seeking, but 1) I work for myself, and 2) I think you are looking for a less "resource-hungry" solution than me

Sorry if I am not helping - call it the rogue in me

I am interested, however I would be unable to dedicate much time to being in the office. Me and my team mostly work remotely most of the time and it's actually about 10 times more productive.

If you are looking for someone who is VERY professional at the following:

Adobe Photoshop and ImageReady CS2
Macromedia Flash 8 (not essential)
High Knowledge of Xhtml and CSS ***** (Take a look at the talk about us about the web)
Able to produce Standards W3C Compliant Code for they're own designs **** (Show me more than 5 other Irish websites that conform to all 3 WAI levels, are tableless and are use SEMANTIC markup and still look good)
Some experience in website usability issues
Experience in SEO and Add-words campaigns a plus ***** (So good we had to set up a separate company)

If you are willing to let us work for you remotely, please let me know.

Just pulling your leg. I would be interested but 1) I only work freelance evenings and weekends and 2) I'd have to oursource the creative stuff to my friend and work with him. Could get messy for me and inconvenient and expensive for you.

A pity as I do like your work but as you said I belive that arrangement would be a tad inconvenient.

So just who is Web-job?

You do seem familiar with a few people here. Methinks a pseudoname for someone we know under a different alias here perhaps
