We require a team of freelance pixel wranglers and code poets for a number of upcoming projects over the next few months.

Description
We require the following individuals

Logo designer. (LogoPond - Identity Inspiration skill level)
Front end web designer with good UI skills. (CSS Mania skill level)
Front end Coder – Valid Xhtml and Css.
Back end developer – PHP (framework preferred)
Back end developer – Ruby on Rails
Ajax developer (please state preferred library)
Wordpress and Expression Engine Guru.
Flash animator
Flash actionscripter with experience of xml and php.
Project Manager experienced in design and development

This is freelance contract work at this stage but please indicate if you are open to the idea of a full time position at the end. Work does not require you to be onsite.

Spoiltchild Design is a design studio of three guys based in Drogheda, Ireland.
Work is split between client work and our own projects to keep us sane.
We have a great friendly client base open to giving and receiving better ideas and great to work with.

What sort of recognition would be awarded for the work done?

Our portfolio has not been updated as we have been working on two pretty large projects over the past few months which we can show.

If you can send me an email with link to the cv and your site. I ask this as i store people in an email folder and go back to it when a project comes up. It makes my live easier if everyone is in the same place.

I am looking to you to tell me what compensation is required. Hourly or day rate to give me an idea of what to expect.

Recognition depends greatly on the project and client. Some you will get full, some you wont get any. Send me your rates inclusive of copyright.
